Mechanical Properties of Polyurethane

Griffith Polymers’ castable polyurethanes are made by combining two liquids together, a prepolymer and a curative. These two liquids are precisely blended within a state-of-the-art processing machine, poured into a heated mold under atmospherically controlled conditions and allowed to cure into a solid shape. The primary characteristic of these materials is that they possess extraordinary physical properties of abrasion resistance, adhesion, load bearing capacity, cut resistance, hardness range, impact resistance, low friction, resilience, tear resistance and temperature range.
